☛ From your Control Panel's Main Menu, click on Artwork then click Bulk Actions

☛ Place a check-mark within the lower right-hand corner for at least one image.

☛ Choose the action you wish to apply to your images. You will be able to do functions for multiple images, such as Select All, Delete and Add to Gallery.

☛ From your Control Panel's Main Menu, click on Artwork, then Arrange

NOTE If you are not seeing the Arrange button, please choose Artwork Sequence in the Sort Dropdown.

☛ You can choose between 2 different methods for reordering your images:

1. Drag and Drop - Drag your image(s) to the place you wish to have it appear within your gallery.

1. Up/Down arrows - Select the Up icon to place image as the first one within the sequence, and Down to move it to the end of the sequence.

☛ From your Control Panel's Main Menu, click on Artwork.

☛ You may sort the view for your images to be either by Artwork Sequence (default), Artwork A-Z, Artwork Z-A, Newest Art First, or Featured Art First, using the dropdown menu on the top left.

☛ You may also use the Search Images search box on the top right to find a specific image by title.

☛ To enable the image zoom feature, the minimum dimensions (h or w) must be 1200 pixels.

If your original image is larger than 1200 pixels (h or w) the zoom feature will automatically be activated, then the image is optimized by our system to be displayed to visitors at 1200 pixels (h or w) for any and all images.

☛ From your Control Panel's Main Menu, click on Artwork

☛ Click the Star icon under the image you wish to feature

☛ Please note: Assigning the image(s) to a Category is required.

☛ This feature allows you to designate an image as searchable in our internal search functions (the number of images you may feature is dependent on your membership level). When a visitor enters a keyword or does an advanced search and uses keywords or criteria that match your sites images, they will be returned in the search results. We limit the amount of searchable images as to not overwhelm the visitor with results. It only takes one click from the search results for the visitor to get to your site where they can view all your work. This is beneficial to the visitor in that they don't have to scroll through thousands of images to find yours. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your images to appear within the searches.

☛ View your website live. (If the image is within a gallery, then click on the gallery for which the image is within next).

☛ Then click the “view all thumbnails” link at the top of the gallery.

☛ From the thumbnails, click on the image you wish to share. Once you are viewing the image, you will be able to scroll down and choose any of the sharing options or copy the URL from your browser address bar.
