This would customize the styling of the header that can appear on all website pages.

The actual text can be edited within the section of Website Pages, and you can follow via this step-by-step: change the 'Browser Title', 'Page Name'/'Heading', and 'Show This Page' of a Website Page.
☛ To get started on customizing your website's 'Content Headings', click on Website Design.
☛ Click the Custom Styles tab (last one) to customize colors, fonts, backgrounds and more.
☛ Under 'Content Headings', you can change the following:
• With Font Appearance:
☛ Click on any of the drop-down menus for font style or size or select within the check-box to customize italic, bold, underline or uppercase.
For text color, click on the area for 'Text Color:' field and select a color from the color wheel that appears. Move the larger dot from around the loop and then the smaller dot to refine it further. If you have a HEX color code from an image file, enter that in this field preceded by #.
• With Hiding:
☛ To hide the Content Headings, by placing a check-mark within the “Hide this” check-box.
☛ Click Save Changes button to commit any changes.
