You can add as much or as little information as you wish at this time, you can always go back and edit the information later. Please note that all fields below need details that are common to all the images uploaded. If the details are different, the click on Edit (the pencil icon) for each image in the Artwork section and use the complete Image Details page.

TITLE: It's important to make sure each of your artwork have their own Title of Work. “Untitled” for all artwork will not help your artwork to get found on search engines.

DESCRIPTION: Enter the info you decide is important - for example, medium and surface (i.e. oil on canvas, silver gelatin print, etc). If there is any other descriptive text associated with the image also enter it as well and you may want to add the year the work of art was completed (optional).

Settings for these artworks

PRICE: If you are using the integrated shopping cart or wish to display a price for your artwork.

GALLERY: If you have any galleries already created and want your new image(s) to show on your website now, then make sure to select a gallery for the image(s) or they will not show on your website.

CATEGORY: Choose the appropriate category/medium/subject from the dropdown with your mouse. This will allow your artwork to be found in searches on our web site when the image is marked as Featured.

KEYWORDS: Separate each with commas. Think of keywords that someone looking for this kind of work might use to search for it. These are descriptive words and phrases associated with your artwork. When someone types in a keyword in the keyword search field, the search functions will look for a match for that word or phrase in the keywords you have entered. Always start with your name, then with genre or category (painting, landscape) and use variations of these (i.e. landscape painting, landscape pictures, oil landscapes, landscape art, impressionism, impressionist, Monet, etc), then add more specific descriptors (i.e. trees, fields, green, yellow). Important: separate all words and phrases with a comma ( , ). Use as many appropriate keywords as you want, but there is no need to repeat a keyword.

Once you are ready, click Continue. You will then be directed to the main Artwork page, where you can edit the newly uploaded image(s) or continue to add artwork.
