☛Click on Artwork in your Control Panel navigation bar.
☛Click the pencil (edit) icon under the image you wish to add/change information for.
☛Make changes or add information, or use some available features as follows:
You can add additional views of your artwork. This is useful for detailed views or different sides of a sculpture.
☛First, click the *Add View* icon under the image thumbnail:
The following dialog box will open:
☛Add the Title of View (for example, “Painting detail” or “Right side view”) and browse to the image file or drag and drop the image file, then click Save View.
TO REMOVE an alternate view, click on the thumbnail and you will see an option to edit or delete it.
☛Use these icons to share your artwork on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Google Plus and also by email and other options. Just click the icon for the account you wish to share and follow the prompts. You will need to have an active account for the platform you wish to share on.
☛Checking this box will send an email to anyone on your New Art notification list in your Email Marketing section.
☛You can select certain artworks (up to the limit allowed with your membership level) to show in our searches and Shops. Click the star to add this artwork to the searches. You can also do this on your main Artwork page.
☛Set up original items for sale here. You can add measurements and price, or check the ‘have visitors contact me’ to have interested buyers email you for more information.
To set up an item with the shopping cart:
Here is an example that has size, quantity, and price added:
Clicking Add Another Purchase Option will allow you to add more options for the same image, for example if you have more than one size to offer for sale.
☛Click to activate Prints on Demand for this artwork. (You will see a message if your image file is not large enough for the prints feature.)
☛Once you activate the Prints On Demand, you will see up to six print sizes created, depending on the size of the original file. Add a base price for your print sizes here and then save.
