☛ STEP 1) Click on the image so that anchors appear along all its sides (there will be 'grab' dots on the corners).

☛ STEP 2) On the toolbar, click the icon for URL (looks like a chain).

☛ STEP 3) Go to the webpage you wish to link to, then highlight and copy (CTL+C on your keyboard) the link from your address bar.

☛ STEP 4) Within the “insert/edit link” pop-up window, within the link URL field, paste the URL you wish to link to. Once done, click the “Update” button.
